What’s a credit?
A credit is the unit your team spends when it does work — sending a reply, drafting a post, looking up a record. Light work costs fractional credits; heavier work (video, document understanding, voice) costs more. Each vertical’s plan is sized to its typical workload.

Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime from your space. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Are there overage fees?
No surprise overages. If your team runs out of credits, it pauses and asks you to top up — work resumes the moment you do.

Can I run more than one business?
